Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: The Leep Ring will be available for ordering from January 2025 and shipping will take place in a phased manner i.e. deliveries will be made to the early purchasers first and subsequently the others subject to stock availability. Do note, Leep Ring is currently under public beta. Also, kindly note that Leep Ring is under production in limited batches to ensure there is no compromise on quality however we are making all efforts to ramp up the production to meet the higher demand for the Leep Ring. We will keep you updated on any adjustments to the delivery schedule. Before you order the Leep Ring, we recommend you know your exact ring size. You may obtain a ring sizing kit from us. If you are already an existing user of the Leep Ring and happen to have the sizing kit, you may use the same for the ring sizing purposes. Please use the ring sizing kit to determine the Leep Ring size appropriate to you. Please share the correct ring size with us so that we deliver the right sized Leep Ring to you. Please note, we do not provide any half sizes. Upon confirmation of the ring size by you, we will make best efforts to deliver the Leep Ring to you within 4 weeks. Please note that the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control and we shall not be held liable for the same. We will, however, notify you of any significant delays, and work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. We will not be liable for late deliveries by the parcel providers or in case of force majeure at our end or delivery parcel provider’s end or IT systems disruption. You will be shown the tentative month of delivery on the website while ordering. We will share a more precise shipping date a month prior to the delivery month. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your order details, courier and tracking information. If ordering as a gift, you may wish to provide your own email address and not the address of the recipient. Make sure that the email address on your order is correct. If you do not receive the emails, check your spam folder. The risk of loss or damage to the Leep Ring shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the Leep Ring. We are not responsible if the Leep Ring is lost or damaged after delivery to you.

How soon can I get my package(s)?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. For specific shipping times, please refer to the table below.

For 'Don't know my size' orders, we will send you the sizing kits within 2 business days. Once you receive the sizing kits and confirm your size, please submit your size and color on the order page. We will then ship the smart ring to you within 2 business days.

All international orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse. Please refer to the following table for estimated delivery times in different countries:

Sizing Kit

Once you place your order, if you did not know your size we will promptly dispatch your complimentary sizing kit to help you determine the perfect fit.

Leep Ring

After you confirm your ring size with us, your Leep Ring will be shipped within 2-3weeks. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Leep ships to customers worldwide. However, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to:

  • Import taxes
  • Customs duties
  • Destination country fees
  • Value-added tax (VAT)

Important: As the recipient of the shipment, you are responsible for all import fees, taxes, and customs duties. We recommend confirming any applicable charges with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Customs Compliance

The Leep Ring available for purchase on our website is compliant with US, UK and EU laws and regulations. Leep disclaims any liability for non-compliance with local laws if the Leep Ring is imported into or used in countries where it may not meet local regulatory requirements.

We strongly recommend obtaining confirmation from local authorities before placing an order if you are located outside the US, UK or EU.

Order Tracking

Once your Leep Ring ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order status at any time by:

  • Checking your order confirmation email for the tracking link
  • Logging into your Leep account and viewing your order history
  • Contacting our customer support team at support@leephealth.com

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that due to regulatory considerations, we may be unable to ship to certain locations. If we cannot fulfill your order to your specified address, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund.

Sizing Kit Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order:

  • At any time before the sizing kit has been shipped (within 7 days of order placement)
  • Within 3 days of receiving the sizing kit if none of the sizes fit you

Once you have confirmed your ring size for shipping purposes, the order cannot be cancelled. However, our 30-day return policy will still apply once you receive your Leep Ring.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your Leep Ring arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at support@leephealth.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@leephealth.com. We can modify your shipping address before the order is dispatched, but once the item has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Additional Carrier Fees

In some regions, carriers may apply additional handling or delivery fees upon delivery. These fees are separate from any import taxes or customs duties and are the responsibility of the recipient.
