Modern Slavery & Human Rights Statement

Financial Year: 2026

1. Our Commitment

Leep Health Limited ("Leep", "we", "our") is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly and with integrity. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, child labour, human trafficking and all forms of exploitation within our business operations and supply chain.

Although Leep Health is not currently required to publish a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we voluntarily adopt the principles of the Act as part of our commitment to responsible business practices and continuous improvement.

2. Our Business

Leep Health Limited is a UK-based health technology company focused on the design, development and marketing of innovative wearable health products and related digital health solutions.

Our products are designed in collaboration with specialist manufacturing partners and supplied to retailers, distributors and consumers across the United Kingdom and international markets.

Our direct operations are considered low risk from a modern slavery perspective. The primary area of potential risk exists within global manufacturing and component supply chains, particularly within the electronics sector.

3. Our Supply Chain

Leep works only with suppliers that demonstrate responsible employment practices and compliance with applicable labour, environmental and ethical standards.

As part of our supplier selection process we seek to work with manufacturers that maintain internationally recognised ethical compliance programmes where appropriate, including:

  • SMETA / SEDEX ethical audits
  • BSCI audits
  • ISO management systems
  • Compliance with applicable employment, health & safety and environmental legislation

Suppliers are expected to prohibit:

  • Forced or compulsory labour
  • Human trafficking
  • Child labour
  • Discrimination
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Unlawful recruitment practices
  • Excessive working hours
  • Unsafe working conditions

4. Due Diligence

Leep undertakes reasonable due diligence when appointing manufacturing partners and key suppliers. This includes, where appropriate:

  • Reviewing supplier ethical certifications and audit reports
  • Assessing supplier reputation and compliance history
  • Evaluating labour and human rights practices
  • Maintaining ongoing commercial relationships only with suppliers that meet our ethical expectations
  • Reviewing compliance documentation during supplier onboarding

Where concerns are identified, Leep reserves the right to request corrective action, conduct further review or terminate the supplier relationship.

5. Policies and Governance

Leep supports responsible business through policies and procedures covering:

  • Ethical sourcing
  • Supplier due diligence
  • Anti-bribery and corruption
  • Equal opportunities
  • Whistleblowing
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Employees and business partners are encouraged to report any concerns regarding unethical conduct without fear of retaliation.

6. Risk Assessment

We recognise that the consumer electronics industry presents elevated risks in certain global supply chains.

To mitigate these risks Leep seeks to:

  • Source from reputable manufacturers
  • Maintain long-term supplier relationships
  • Request independent ethical audit evidence where appropriate
  • Review supplier performance on an ongoing basis
  • Promote transparency throughout the supply chain

7. Continuous Improvement

Leep is committed to continually strengthening its responsible sourcing programme.

Future initiatives include:

  • Periodic review of supplier ethical compliance
  • Expansion of supplier due diligence processes
  • Enhanced supplier documentation requirements
  • Ongoing review of emerging legislation and best practice relating to human rights and responsible sourcing
