We're confident you'll love your Leep Ring, but if it's not quite right, we've made returns simple and straightforward. This policy applies to all customers worldwide and is designed to meet or exceed consumer protection requirements in your country.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws in your country. Where local laws provide greater protection than this policy, those laws will apply. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Cooling-off periods for distance sales
  • Warranty and guarantee periods
  • Rights to repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods
  • Product safety and quality standards

Common consumer protection frameworks we comply with include the UK Consumer Rights Act, EU Consumer Rights Directive, Australian Consumer Law, Singapore's Lemon Law, and applicable federal and state/provincial laws in the USA and Canada.

How to Return Your Ring

Within 30 Days of Delivery

What qualifies:

  • You've changed your mind
  • The ring doesn't fit (despite using the sizing kit)
  • You're not satisfied for any reason

How it works:

  1. Contact us at support@leephealth.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
  3. Pack your ring securely (original packaging preferred but not essential)
  4. Drop it off at your nearest post office or collection point
  5. We'll process your refund within 3-5 working days of receiving the ring

Important notes:

  • Your ring should be in resaleable condition (unworn, no scratches or damage)
  • You can open and inspect the ring - that's expected
  • Light testing is fine, but please don't wear it daily for weeks then return it
  • Original accessories (charging cable, case, documentation) should be included
  • Return shipping is free - we'll cover it

What If I've Worn It?

Light wear from normal testing is absolutely fine. If the ring shows significant wear, scratches, or damage, we may apply a restocking fee to cover refurbishment (typically 10-20% of purchase price). We'll always discuss this with you before processing any deduction.

Exchanges & Size Changes

Need a Different Size?

The fastest way:

  1. Contact us at support@leephealth.com
  2. We'll send your new size immediately (usually ships within 24 hours)
  3. Return your original ring using the prepaid label we provide
  4. No waiting around - your new ring is on its way while we process the return

Cost: Free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery

Want a Different Model or Colour?

Return your current ring using the process above and place a new order for the model you prefer. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive the return, typically within 3-5 working days.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Ring Arrived Damaged?

If your ring arrives damaged:

  1. Don't worry - we'll sort it immediately
  2. Take photos of the damage (packaging and product)
  3. Email us at support@leephealth.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damage
    • Brief description of the issue
  4. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund the same day

You won't pay anything - return shipping is free for damaged items, and we'll cover any costs involved.

Developed a Fault?

If your ring develops a fault during normal use:

Within 30 days: Full refund or free replacement - your choice

Within warranty period (see below): Free repair or replacement

After warranty: Contact us - we'll offer repair services at cost price or replacement discounts

To claim under warranty:

  • Contact support@leephealth.com with your order number
  • Describe the issue (photos help if possible)
  • We'll arrange collection and send a replacement or repair

Return shipping is always free for faulty products.

Refunds

When Will I Get My Refund?

  • We process refunds within 14 working days of receiving your returned ring
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method
  • Bank processing times vary (typically 5-10 working days)
  • You'll receive email confirmation when we process the refund

What's Refunded?

Full refunds include:

  • Ring purchase price
  • Original shipping costs (if item is faulty or damaged)
  • Any taxes paid

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The ring shows excessive wear beyond normal testing
  • Accessories are missing
  • The ring is damaged (unless damage was present on arrival)

We'll always contact you before applying any deductions to discuss options.

Refund Method

Refunds must go back to the original payment method for security and fraud prevention. We cannot issue refunds to different cards or bank accounts.

Allow 10-14 working days after our confirmation email. Still missing? Contact your bank first, then email us at support@leephealth.com if you need help.

Sizing Kits

Free with Ring Orders

When you order a Leep Ring, your free sizing kit is included - no extra shipping charges.

Standalone Sizing Kit Orders

If you want to order a sizing kit before committing to a ring:

  • Cost: £10 / $15 / €12 (varies by region, covers shipping and handling)
  • Delivery: 5-7 working days in most countries
  • Non-returnable: Sizing kits are consumable items designed for single-use fitting and cannot be returned

Already have a sizing kit? Select "I already have my size" at checkout to avoid unnecessary shipments.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty Period

UK & EU: 2 years from delivery date
All other regions: 1 year from delivery date

Note: Where local consumer protection laws provide longer protection periods, those laws apply. This warranty doesn't limit your statutory rights.

What's Covered?

All Leep Rings come with comprehensive warranty protection:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Component failures during normal use
  • Faulty sensors or electronics
  • Charging issues (excluding physical damage)
  • Software/firmware issues

Warranty Process

  1. Contact support@leephealth.com with your order number and issue description
  2. We'll troubleshoot remotely first (often fixes the issue!)
  3. If hardware fault confirmed, we'll arrange free collection and send replacement
  4. Typical turnaround: 5-7 working days

What's Not Covered?

  • Physical damage: Drops, impacts, crushing, water damage beyond IP rating
  • Misuse: Using the ring outside its intended purpose
  • Modifications: Tampering with the device or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear: Cosmetic scratches from everyday wear
  • Lost or stolen rings: Contact us about our replacement discount program
  • Battery degradation: All rechargeable batteries lose capacity over time

Battery life: Your Leep Ring battery is designed to last 7+ days per charge. If battery life drops significantly within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect (not normal aging), we'll replace the ring. Normal battery capacity reduction (typically 10-20% per year) is expected and not covered.

After Warranty Expires?

We're here for the long term:

  • Out-of-warranty repairs (cost price, typically £30-60)
  • Replacement discount programs
  • Trade-in options when upgrading

Gift Returns

Received a Leep Ring as a Gift?

You have the same 30-day return rights, but there are a few important points:

Refunds go to the purchaser: For security, refunds must go back to the original payment method (the gift giver's card)

Process:

  1. Contact us at support@leephealth.com with:
    • The order number (check your gift box or confirmation email)
    • Let us know it was a gift
  2. We'll coordinate with you and the purchaser to process the return
  3. The purchaser will receive the refund

Can't find the order number? Email us the approximate delivery date and your address, and we'll locate the order.

Want to exchange for a different size? We can do this directly without involving the purchaser.

Cancelling Your Order

Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order anytime before it ships:

  • Email support@leephealth.com with your order number
  • We'll cancel and process a full refund immediately
  • Typical processing time: 3-5 working days

After Dispatch

Once your ring has shipped, please receive the delivery and use our standard 30-day return process. This is typically faster than trying to intercept parcels in transit.

International Orders

Customs & Duties

  • Original customs charges and import duties are non-refundable (these are paid to your government, not us)
  • We'll mark returns appropriately to avoid additional charges where possible
  • Check with your local customs office if you have questions about import fees

Return Shipping

We provide prepaid return labels for most countries. For remote locations, contact us and we'll arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return costs for faulty items.

Return Address

Important: Do not return products without contacting us first. We need to generate your return authorization and provide the correct return address for your region.

  • Return authorization number
  • Correct return address for your region
  • Prepaid return label (where available)

Package Delivered But Not Received?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your ring:

  1. Check with neighbours - couriers sometimes leave packages with them
  2. Check safe places - behind bins, porches, garages
  3. Contact the courier using your tracking number (we'll provide this)
  4. Email us at support@leephealth.com with:
    • Order number
    • Tracking number
    • Confirmation you've checked the above

We'll open an investigation with the courier and resolve this quickly - either by locating the package or sending a replacement.

Proof of Purchase

Please keep your order confirmation email and any packaging until you're certain you're keeping the ring. Having your order number makes the process much faster.

Hygiene & Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that show signs of:

  • Intentional damage or modification
  • Contamination beyond normal use
